PRIVACY · DEVELOPMENT VERSION
PRIVACY.
TeamDose is a brand-validation concept. This page describes the current launch-stage data practices and the controls that must be completed before the signup system is actively promoted.
Information submitted voluntarily
The TeamDose signup form may collect an email address, a selected concept interest, an optional identity category, consent status, limited campaign attribution, and basic anti-spam information. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, financial-account details, government identification, or other sensitive information.
How information may be used
When the signup endpoint is connected, submitted information may be used to send TeamDose development updates, understand interest in DRIVE, FLOW, RESET, or the complete system, and support concept research. Marketing updates are sent only with consent.
Attribution data
The launch form is designed to capture the source page, selected concept, referring domain, and standard UTM campaign fields. It does not intentionally store the complete referral URL or unrelated query parameters.
Service providers
A form or email provider may process submissions after a real endpoint is configured. The active provider and any related data practices must be documented before public promotion. Analytics may be added later only after configuration and an appropriate privacy review.
Current development state
The packaged preview does not transmit signup information because no approved endpoint is connected. The form validates entries and displays an honest configuration message instead of a false success state.
Removal and correction requests
A public privacy contact route must be supplied before active launch. Once connected, that route should be used to request access, correction, or removal of submitted contact information, subject to applicable obligations and the systems used to process the request.
Changes
This policy may be updated as TeamDose develops, service providers are selected, analytics are configured, or products and services change. The policy should be reviewed again before any product is offered for sale.
